Methods : by use of the rabbit model of cervical disc degeneration induced by changing the normal stress distribution of the cervical spine , twenty adult rabbits are divided into two groups : normal control group and model group , and are killed in three months , and observing the effects of the abnormal stress distribution on the ultrastructure of cervical cartilage endplate by transmission electron microscopy
方法：采用屈颈固定的方法，建立实验性兔颈椎间盘退变模型， 20只成年新西兰大白兔随机分为正常对照组与模型组，于3个月后处死动物，应用透射电镜观察异常应力对兔颈软骨终板超微结构的影响。
